  • Blend or stir 28g (3 level 15mL Herbalife measuring spoon) of Formula 1 with 300 mL of low-fat milk or soy milk. Create recipes by adding fresh fruit and ice.
  • *For F1 Mint Choc – Blend or stir 28g (2 level 15mL Herbalife measuring spoon) of Formula 1 with 320 mL of low-fat milk or soy milk. Create recipes by adding fresh fruit and ice.
  • For weight loss: replace two meals per day with this delicious shake and eat one nutritionally balanced meal.
  • For weight management: replace one meal per day with this delicious shake and eat two nutritionally balanced meals.
